The formation of Uttarakhand State and the effectively and skillfully crafted education policies of the government have been a welcome step in bringing about a revolution for higher education in professional courses. Siddhartha Educational Society as a forerunner envisaged the need of an institution that would offer a non-formal professional education and it was possible with the sudden change of scenario to evolve the Siddhartha Group of Institutions (SGI). The SGI campus came into existence with the vision of excellence in the field of Paramedical Sciences, Allied Sciences, Pharmacy, Management and Technology. Ideally located at the most enchantingly lush-green surroundings of Dobachi, Danda-Khudanewala, Near IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, (Uttarakhand). Siddhartha Group of Institutions laid importance to integrity, harmony and togetherness, which is managed by dedicated people with a professional approach and strong commitment towards the community. The development of Siddhartha Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy and Siddhartha Institute of Management & Technology is coupled with the mission of evolving and nurturing the future scientists, professionals and technicians of the country. The distinguishable governing body of SGI provides an environment that emphasize for the development of personality and practical skills of students through structured teaching and training programs. It has been strongly felt that in the institute amalgamation of co-curricular activities with academics make complete education and therefore activities in various fields are conducted according to the talent, aptitude and innovative mindset which helps in cultivating an interest to keep our rich cultural heritage intact and to develop a sense of comparison for the under privileged which is the need of the society today. |
